About the Drumline Class . . .

At Brooklyn Center High School, students have the unique opportunity to take a one-sememster intro to Drumline class. Note reading, proper technique and discipline are all stressed. Since the ultimate goal is to perform, students will be expected to participate in at least one major concert as part of their grade.

There will be many other opportunities to perform in addition to concerts; football games, basketball games, pep fests, etc, etc, etc will all be open to any students in the class that are interested in going above and beyond the classroom curriculum.

At the end of the semester, students wishing to continue playing may re-enroll in the class and/or audition for summer marching opportunties at the discretion of the instructor.
